i like this car picture al, got a dilemma over the fact that the tyre writing is blurred, = speed or pan , but the wheel spokes are sharp?

The outside of the wheel rotates at a much higer speed than the hub (as it has to travel further in the same amount of time) No Photoshop effects to make it look blurred, its how it was taken. Im glad u like it mate
