This is a photo from earlier in the year that I have used the Digital Film Tools 55mm on. As Steve instructed, I used the 'Day to Night' filter followed by the 'Lights' filter with the blinds option. Looks pretty nice.

Nice image , although a tad overwashed with the plug in. I think steve has a stronger through line and having retained natural tones against the midnight effect , the message is stronger. Would love to try that plugin though -

A lighter background would have been better to carry the lines across the page. You can download the 55mm tools from their webpage.
