Only about 10 minutes, it was only 3 filters (the first being liquify, cant remember the name of the second and the third was something like Poster Edges)

I was going to call it 'Pain' or 'Anguish' but opted for Zombie as the original photo was of a girl who had been made up to look a bit like a zombie.
